Amazing place. Didn't know this place was still around as they moved to another location just down the road a few hundred feet. Used to come here way way back when.. Obviously the original owners are gone but this place is bigger and better than ever. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Paul is very dedicated to his business. Unfortunately, some people are using his business info to scam others in different countries. Paul doesn't sell online. If you encounter someone pretending to be from Wayne Electronics selling cameras or other stuff online, it's a scam.
The real Wayne Electronics is a legit and respectful business.

Like Canal St.NYC in years gone by. You find, as a technician, most anything needed for repairing or DYI projects. Owner is graciously helpful. A wonderful store for the hobbyist or serious repairs person, a thing of the past. Thank you for your continuance.

They're never open when I need them the most. Needed something for this coming Monday, just got home from there on a Saturday which is the ONLY day of the week for me to get there, and they were CLOSED. The web search and their front door hours say open till 3pm. Got there at 2:30 and they were closed. If you don't care about your customers why are you still in business?? Just just screwed me hard.

Awesome The gentleman behind the counter spent as much time as I needed finding every little tiny tiny part that is long since become an antique I had a great experience with him he was a gentleman he helped me tremendously and gave me advice would go to him anytime I need help because if you can't do it he'll tell you who can thank you Thomas morlock

I was completely deceived. They sold me a product on a Brazilian website pretending to be a Brazilian seller. I bought a microphone. They sent six items. I paid for the microphone, and then they asked me to pay four more amounts before the delivery (and they might have asked for more if I hadn't refused). They asked for my WhatsApp number. A lady named Rachel Lisa Blair was responsible for requesting the money. Either it's you deceiving customers from other countries, or someone is impersonating you. A company that asks for trust and deceives its customers in this way is unacceptable. This would not be accepted here in Brazil. When a company admits that they made a mistake to the customers but still makes the customers pay, it's not right. And the funniest part is that even though they made the mistake, the representative made me feel like I was the one deceived. Now I am without my microphone and without my money.

I have never repaired anything electronic before, but with a $3 part and some advice from the man behind the counter (I wish I had gotten his name), I was able to save a $500 treadmill from becoming junk. I didn’t know any terminology, but after showing the clerk photos of the issue, he handed me the exact part I needed and told me in very easy instructions how to replace the broken plug with the new one. A problem that hours of online searching hadn’t fixed, he helped me solve in one trip and less than 15 minutes of work. I will absolutely come here again for my future electronics needs. Wayne Electronics is the reason it’s better to shop in person sometimes.
