These people do not let anyone use the bathroom EVER! This is a common thing that I have noticed and personally experienced with 7-Eleven stores recently. I filled my tank, over $100. at Shell on a couple of occasions and I asked to use the bathroom and I was told both times that it was out of service. I work on the road over 9 hours a day and I find it extremely cruel, rude and inconsiderate of 7-Eleven to do this in most of the stores that I have visited. BOYCOTT this Shell / 7-Eleven.

if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to them for the first time and not even an hour later I was scammed for 1k worth of purchases. don't use their ATM, don't do apple pay don't make any card purchases.

I'm a regular customer I always have issues at the pump they have a pump. The attendant never listen to the customer then you ask them they give you attitudes. They need to do better ??♂️

I am a huge fan of 7-11's hot latte machine and this was the second time I received a weird tasting latte from that store. Both times I did not drink it & when I politely informed the manager he became animated and told me that he didn't care & I was the only customer to ever complain (I've never seen another customer use the latte machine) and the first time I was dissatisfied it was because the milk was clearly sour/spoiled.
