Kim is a excellent nail technician. I ask her that I wanted a certain style and she delivered.
Kim is kind and respectful and fun to talk with. Kim gave me the the style that I like. I will definitely go to her again. Thank you Kim. š

Iāve been coming here for years. I moved south so I donāt anymore. Was in area July 4th weekend and got my nails done with the Gurl with the bright red hair. Itās July 14 today and 5 nails Are already Lifting. 3 on my left 2 on my right. I do no heavy lifting. I work from home. I use gloves to wash dishes. I paid $100 for these nails no need for them to be lifting after 10 days. I live over 2 hours away and Iām sure they rather āfix themā then refund me something.
The lady who did my pedicure tho was so hood my toes are so pretty! This was like a deep clean pedicure. She got everything and scrubbed everything. My
Nails were so cute but Iām so mad they are lifting. I keep a new full set on for at least a month. Again itās been 10 daysā¦

Best nail salon probably in Jersey all of the techs do amazing work and are super nice. Kim and 7 do amazing work for amazing prices everytime I go there I'm rarely disappointed some designs aren't perfect but that's everywhere. My most recent visit I had multiple tech trying to find a stencil so they could make my nails perfect

Worry salon ever. Have me come in and take my nails off then set up another person with the person I requested to have an appt with. The managers are rude and very unprofessional. Donāt spend your money with this place at all. They have no respect for there clients. They donāt put you first here

Iāve been coming to this nail salon for the past three years and have always appreciated the serviceāuntil recently. I used to get my nails done by a wonderful technician Lilly who, unfortunately, no longer works there due to her pregnancy. After that, I started booking with Miguelina, who I thought did a great job.
However, during my third attempt to book with her, I was told by the man at the front desk that she wasnāt available that day. I didnāt make a fuss and agreed to see whoever was available. When I arrived, I was surprised to see Miguelina there, working. I found that confusing and a little off-putting, but I didnāt say anything at first.
I ended up doing a pedicure with Maria, who was very sweet, but when it came time to get my nails done, no one would take meānot even the women who were sitting around not working. I was honestly shocked and deeply disappointed. Iām not someone who ever causes problems; Iām always respectful and patient.
When I asked the front desk why I was told Miguelina wouldnāt be there when she clearly was, I was told, āMaybe she has a problem with you.ā That response left me speechless. Iāve never had an issue with anyone at the salon, so to be treated like that was incredibly hurtful. Itās unacceptable for a business to treat customers this way, picking and choosing who they want to serve without any explanation or accountability.
I hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously, because no loyal customer should ever be made to feel unwanted.

My husband and I been coming here for a very long time. There's days you get a good tech that really cuts your cuticles and do a great job with mani and pedi. But lately, especially today the service was bad. My pedi tech didn't do much cutting the cuticles. Very quick and simple with it. When i went to sit down for my mani that tech didn't even soak my hands as the always do before cutting the cuticles. She started cutting my cuticles hard and dry causing her to cut me in some. When I asked about the soaking she gave a simple answer due to me wanting gel. I don't think she understood my question. After painting my nails I guess she noticed how I still had a lot of cuticles left and she went to clean it up after painting my nails. Horrible service for over $60. I won't be going back.

My nails turned out amazing! Summer put a lot of effort into my nails and the prices are great compared to most nail salons in Jersey. Will definitely be coming back!

Poor service they get worst day by day. Listen if you donāt like what you do find another job. The customer service and attitude is out of this world. Stay away thereās 2 salons next door that do a wonderful job and meet your expectations.

i've been coming since i was 14 years old. came here today (5/10/24) to get a simple white gel pedicure for my 21st birthday as I've always done, and had the worst experience ever. the woman who did my nails had just started working there and said she came from a "different store". First, she proceeds to not know how to work the foot tub and sprays me and the woman in the chair next to me with water. Second, she cuts my cuticles three times. Third, she asks me repeatedly if the nail polish looks okay or if she has to clean it up when there's streaks of polish all over my foot/toes. The pedicure took an hour when it normally takes 30 minutes in that location. She apologized profusely for all the mistakes. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because she still managed to do a decent job with my toes and after a lot of guidance , my pedicure was fine.
My last straw though was the man who had been in charge of the register since I was 14. I informed him about all the things that happened during my service. He asked to see the cuts on my toes but because they weren't visible (from behind the counter) , he said he couldn't do anything. I told him that the technician sprayed me and someone else with water (to the point where my shorts were still wet an hour later) and he said "what do you want me to do about it". He never apologized on behalf of the technician or salon. He simply smiled and took my card. I ended up paying full price for my pedicure ($38). I genuinely couldn't believe that someone who has worked in this town and industry for as long as they have would have such awful customer service.
I always knew that Bella's was a chop shop, but I was fine with it because in the seven years I've come here, I've never had a situation where I had to complain until today. I couldn't even get my manicure because of how frustrating and time consuming the entire experience was. I am genuinely never coming back here again.

I come to this salon every 2 weeks for a fill in with Grace. I love her work and she is so sweet and amazing. Today I decided to get a pedicure... HUGE mistake. Lydia was the one who did my pedicure. She dug so hard into my cuticle. When she was plucking them, I started gushing blood. She held it and proceeded with painting my nails. I was in shock and literally didn't know what to do. When I showed the owner he just disinfected it and told me he wouldn't charge me for gel. I refused to pay since I was literally nothing but hurt during this pedicure and will now have to remove it due to the amount of pain I'm in. In the pictures you can clearly see she ripped off my cuticle entirely... You can imagine my pain/ the bleeding being that it's actually bare. (not to mention the dirt underneath the polish)
