Natasha was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and clear, and I really appreciate her support. She also speaks Spanish, which made the experience even better. Vitaley also helped me a lot with the sale and was very professional. Highly recommend!

Vitaley and BMV Auto Group are one of the rare ones. I was in a crisis moment with our minivan needing more and more work with a vacation coming up and it was not going to be ready. I was already considering moving on to a new/used vehicle. At the same time I had a lot of personal things going on with my mother approaching the end of her life. Then I found our Toyota Highlander at BMV Auto Group. Vitaley was upfront and honest and his assistant and sister were helpful and kind. They all made the experience painless and smooth. Now we get to go on our vacation with a safe and reliable car. I definitely recommend BMV Auto Group. Thank you for helping me reach my goal in a timely manner.

Wasted my time driving over an hour each way to look at an SUV that was advertised as having a trailer hitch/towing package. They apparently don't inspect the vehicles at all. Would not recommend.
