BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE THEY ARE DISGUSTING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ALMOST A MONTH ZERO PROFESSIONALISM THEY GIVE YOU SUCH A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE STARTING WITH THE ONE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE THE ONE WITH GLASSES WHO THINKS THE OWNER OF THAT PLACE IS AUGHTY I DON'T KNOW HOW SUCH AN UNPATHIC AND RUDE PERSON COULD BE REPRESENTING CATHOLIC CHARITIES EVERY YEAR THEY ARE WORSE. BE OUTRAGED HOW THEY TREAT THE PEOPLE WHO ARRIVE IN THIS PLACE, such inept people representing this place, take out and bring in good people who really want to work.

Since October 2023 I have been trying to make an appointment and they only transfer me to a department which never responds because the person in charge of the appointments went on vacation and has to catch up etc etc. It's January 2024 and they still haven't called me despite calling every day.

If i could give zero stars i would. It’s been over a year renewed for green card and i haven’t bearded from USCI. I’m little worry and just need some guidance. Several phone calls made and have left voicemails and still to this day no call back. I doubt leaving this review will make a difference. Terrible

I am retired and looking to rejoin the work force. The pandemic has resulted in agencies being closed to the public. Thus, you have to use websites to access their human resources. Catholic Charities is in the heart ❤️ of Perth Amboy. It's vital to the community. The receptionist was helpful, and staff appeared very busy. It would be nice to see this agency in a new state of the arts upgraded building. It would be most deserving.

I tried getting shelter for a homeless person, and this Catholic Charity refused to give up a bed unless Board of Social Services was called or 211 to screened the person. They have it all backwards by turning away walk-ins. Walkin-in should take place & worried about the screening later since beds are zero to one in these frigid temps.
