I went to fix my phone 5 days ago. (June 6th) couple hours after I picked up my phone it kept turning off. So I went next day, so they could fix my phone. The cashier told me that that technician was not there. So then I asked her for the manager, she said the technician is the owner, and he is also the manager. I kept insisting that I needed to speak to someone, that they should have someone to help me since that technician was not there. I believe that if you have a store to fix phone, you should have the technician there while the store is opened.
She told me that my phone had really bad damage. Which I don’t think is the right answer because obviously the phone was broken.
She told me that the technician was not there Wednesday and Sundays. And that he gets there usually around 2:30 PM.
Thursday my phone was working fine. But then Friday again the phone stopped working. So then I went back to the store, I went around 5 PM, and the cashier Told me that again the technician was not there. She told me that he had an appointment. Once again… that’s already 2 days without phone. Today is Sunday and I had to get a new phone, and my screen still not working.
I use my phone through Siri but I can’t see the screen which means that they put a broken screen on my phone.
They DO NOT ANSWER PHONES CALLS. The Technician is literally never there. And WORSE PART IS THEY CHARGE MORE THEN THE APPLE STORE to get a new screen.
Not to mention, the screens obviously are not original parts from Apple Store I didn’t think I was gonna spend more than $80. Because that’s how much they charge at the mall…
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!
