CTown Supermarkets has been a staple in local communities since 1973, with a commitment to serving customers through independently owned stores. With 130 locations in the Metro-New York City area, CTown focuses on providing fresh produce, a wide variety of products, and competitive prices. Many shoppers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean and well-organized stores. However, some reviews raise concerns about the quality of certain products, particularly meat that may spoil before its expiration date. Customers are advised to check expiration dates carefully to avoid purchasing spoiled food, which can pose health risks. Additionally, some shoppers find the store's layout inconvenient, as the front gates make it difficult to transport shopping carts to vehicles. Despite these issues, CTown Supermarkets remains a popular choice for families, with services like WIC available for customers. The store has also received positive feedback for its catering services, with customers praising the quality of the food. Overall, CTown continues to play an active role in the neighborhoods it serves, although there are areas for improvement.
