This place is amazing. Friendly staff and fast work. They have improved a lot threw out the years the this is probably their best yet. I’ve seen many bad reviews about them from years ago that were very critical but they have improved so much it’s astonishing! And especially the cars that they have now, I’ve passed by a couple of times and the cars look beautiful. I always see people coming in and out of the shop even! 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family ?

Bought a car in February of 2020 before the pandemic hit and still have NOT received a title. For OVER a year, we have been trying to get a hold of Gregg and he keeps avoiding the situation. The last time we talked to him about getting my title, he claimed he sent it to me and he does not have it. Yet I have received NOTHING. This “dealership” is a COMPLETE SCAM. How they are still in business is a total shock.

This place is a JOKE. Bought a car LAST YEAR and I still DON’T have a title to it. Then when we try to handle the situation, and call to ask for it, we were told that they don’t have it?? Well, if I don’t have it, and they don’t have it, then who has it???? The Easter bunny? Santa Claus? The tooth fairy? I don’t know. All I know is that they better get it together and find me the title to the car I purchased.

This dealership does not deserve not even 1 star! They refuse to give me the title to the vehicle and It has been 5 months and Gregg who sold the car is very unprofessional and hung up on me when I was simply trying to confirm the title to be ready for pick up tomorrow March 9th 2019 as promised last Saturday March 2nd 2019. Gregg has no issues with involving the Better Business Bureau and that is simply what we will do if the co-owner Jina cannot resolve this. We paid a full 6 months of car insurance and only able to use the car for 1 month due to them refusing to release the title to us and car was paid in full. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!

Terrible service! Car purchased has had no title for a little over 5 months and no resolution was given! Very unprofessional and would never recommend for anyone to purchase their vehicle here! Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. Greg literally scammed us. I wished zero stars was possible but had to give them the 1 star which in my opinion is 1 stars too many.

The worst dealership. Do not buy a car from here. They were supposed to give title day of purchase and said it would ship within 2 weeks however it's been over 5 months and still no title. They're have horrible customer service and extremely sketchy. Do not buy from Greg. I only gave it 1 star because I had to post it. It doesn't deserve any stars.
