It’s hard to believe these reviews are from the same location. My new leased car is being serviced after I was in an accident which was 100% the other drivers fault so it’s already a huge inconvenience. We pay super high insurance which includes a rental car for this purpose. I was supposed to receive a call from someone to pickup the car either Friday or the latest Saturday morning, received neither so I call again aitttle after 12 Saturday and they are closed not open til Monday! Have the courtesy of calling me at the very least! Then my husband finally calls and speaks to someone goes and gets the car lastnight and it is literally disgusting. I’m not someone who normally complains but I don’t mean a little dirty the entire car smells has food or grease pored all into the back seats that were never attempted to be cleaned and gave us the car on E!!!!! The light on and all!!! I already called my insurance company to complain because this is just ridiculous!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Car was brand new and very clean. Customer service and value for price were exceptional. Definitely recommend.

Brian and Chris were very nice and very understanding. I am extremely grateful they were there that morning. Pick up was very quick and easy less than 25 min. I definitely recommend coming here for your rental with or without insurance.

My girlfriend has been renting here for about a year. The amount of vehicles she has went through at this location is ridiculous. You would think that as a rental company they’d rent out reliable cars. Nope not at this Perth amboy location. Her vehicle was sliding with the little snow we had. Brakes malfunctioning, vehicles stalling. Just terrible. As a rental company do better hy your customers and stop buying lemons

The service from the associates here is amazing. As far as enterprise as a company and how they service their cars. By far the WORST company I’ve rented from. I’ve had to rent a car for almost a year now and the experience with the vehicles at this location is like driving a lemon everyday. The tires skid, the service lights always on, almost every vehicle I’ve had felt like I’ve gotten from a junk yard. For the amount of money we spend this company should be a shamed. I would never buy a vehicle from them. Smh. I’ve dealt with enterprise for a very long times and this PERTH AMBOY Location has by far the worst vehicles I’ve ever driven!! Customer service from the managers and associates top tier but the vehicles DO BETTER ENTERPRISE!!! I’m about to go try Hertz at this point smh

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with these guys… needed a rental while mine was in the shop following an accident - the team was amazing… they dealt with the insurance company seamlessly, and provided top notch customer service! Their service standard is to go above and beyond - if you need a rental, go see them, and ask for Chris!

I liked renting a car at Enterprise. This is the 3rd time I've rented here. Those who work there are attentive, like José Alfonso and the manager. They help you with what you need and they get you your car to your liking and comfort. I recommend it is very good to have this Office nearby and help you. I got into an accident yesterday. Justin responded faster than the cops. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the facility the same day. When I called the next day, they were out of vehicles. I spoke with both Alfonso and Justin about my urgent need for a vehicle because I had work. They assured me they would do their best to help, and they did. Within an hour, I had a vehicle. Their customer service really assisted me during this difficult time.
