ELI YAMIN IS THE OWNER ( HE IS ONE OF THE REVIEWS. THE ONLY POSITIVE REVIEW. - HE OR ALI DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! THEY WILL LIE AND STEAL WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT.
THESE ROTTEN TOMATOES DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. THEY USED BE CALLED CAPTAIN MOVERS WHICH WENT OUT OF BUSINESS DUE THE ABUNDANCE OF NEGATIVE PUBLICITY.

They 'lost' our box containing alcohol, repackaged another box, and stained a sofa. After determining all of this (none of which was told to us upfront), we called and emailed them multiple times for 3 months to get approved for a refund, which we finally did. After calling, emailing them, and eventually sending them a letter from a laweyer over the next 16 months, we eventually gave up on ever receiving that refund.

Hands down the best moving company!! I've moved around a lot and I've never had a problem, issue, or negative situation with them. Eli, helped my family out on our last move and he is a best!! It was a pleasure working with them. Each day working with them amazed me on how fast they work. They were creative with moving our oversized & heavy belongings. I always recommend them to family, friend, employees if they need movers. * HONEST, POLITE, FAST,& CAREFUL WITH YOUR BELONGINGS*
I called on short notice and Eli still helped me and came personally to give me an estimate at my home. Eli and his crew where just great. Everything went smooth and easy.
I would recommend Hercules Movers to anyone. Thank you guys for helping me with my move. ,

This is the worst experience ever and I moved a lot in my life.
They are completely unprofessional. I am still waiting for my shipment and nobody gets back to me or give me the courtesy of a call or email despite my numerous attempt to contact them and get an update.
I suspect they have lost my stuff but they did charge my credit card a month ago.
They also change the price of the initial quote i have in writing and increased it by $900
They are blackmailing me and holding my shipment hostage.
I will look into reporting this company for fraud to the consumer bureau
I NOT GIVE IT ANY STARS AT ALL
