I used Jackson Hewitt for my 2023 taxes. I had to follow up several times and worked with NY state on all my own discrepancies. I was told they never submitted my taxes and couldnt show any electronic proof that they in fact did. I had to mail my own physical copy of taxes to be told Im still discrepant and I owe both NJ and NY taxes. Will not be using them this year. For the price they charge I could have done it myself since nothing was resolved by them.
