This place is the worst of the worst, we have 3 hours waiting because they threw away the recipe, those who serve seem to have no education, I don't give them 0 because there isn't one, there should be an investigation, it's strange that on three occasions they have thrown away the recipe The doctor recommended that we make copies since they give it to them for 3 months. If any manager reads this message, I ask that at least 20 to 30 people do an investigation and the trend is not useful, a report must be made. What an outrage.

The worst place in terms of public assistance, I've been here for 3 hours because after registering they tell me that the machine does not work. Lack of interest in doing a good job. They didn't even give a notice, leaving people waiting and waiting!!!!

I had an appointment at 10am. I received the text at 10:12 saying they were ready to see me. At 10:45 I get called for payment. I asked how much longer I had to wait. The receptionist asked if I had an appointment which I did. They are handling everyone as walk ins. What is the point of having an appointment?

Not helpful at all I had to ask all the questions as I went up after being called it felt like I was interrupting their conversation. Which was talking about situations with them & other customers, which really unprofessional. This was the rudest & most unprofessional time at this labcorp.

Worse experience ever. The nurse was so rude and unprofessional while dealing with my son who is just a toddler and she put a needle in his arm and just gave him pain. She didn’t even take the blood out and said that he was moving when he wasn’t because my mom was holding him. I even have a video of her putting needle and rubbing her finger on top of needle in arm so harshly. Like so ridiculous and no sign of sympathy or remorse. Will never come again.

Worse experience ever. Very unorganized staff. I had an appointment and my paperwork wasn't placed in the box. After asking why others were being called and it's been 20 minutes since my appointment time, they realized the mistake and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes in the room to be serviced. This place will no longer be an option to me

Despite an appointment, have to wait over an hour. If I were you I'd reschedule, I even went on a Monday morning, still couldn't get in. If you must go, I would hit the "I'm here ready for service" button on your confirmation before even leaving your house.

This place is a nightmare, but in its defense, so are other LabCorp locations. There is no parking, the card payment at the parking meters does not work and parkmobile rips you off. Bring quarters. I came with an appointment, was seen 30 minutes past my appointment time. Was given all the paperwork and told to come back with a drop off. No appointment necessary for drop-off. Coming back later, I had to check in again despite having all my paperwork already in the system. The check in kiosk kept throwing an error and literally fell apart. The person next to me also was struggling with the dysfunctional kiosk. I'm calling my doctor to get a requisition for Quest because no one has time for this.

Horrific customer service and NO patient parking. I had to park three streets over and walk. The own needs to do something about the parking.
