I left 59lbs of clothes to wash, I received almost 15lbs of the clothes stained, This thing happend three weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response from the laundry manager, who still be whitout give me his face. Today I decide to go again, and the person at the front desk tells me that my damage clothes will going to be pay at 0.89 cents per pound. I hope someone calls me and gives me an explanation, because if so I want to tell them at their face what to do with that money. Irresponsible, disrespectful.

I recently went to this laundry mat and the music was so loud I thought I was in a club. When I spoke to one of the lady's there I had to yell over the music. Never will I go again.

The worst service from the lady who works there, disgusting and unkind, I hate it when she starts talking about the mask and she is the one who uses it the least.
