As a customer who has been coming in for years they always give me excellent service. My taxes have always been done right with no mistakes. The owner is very knowledgeable and gives good recommendations. Overall 100% great customer service. I recommend his services to anyone.

Horrible experience. The owner treats people in a very condescending manner! Very rude and nasty attitude. Has zero people skills and gives horrendous customer service. You can clearly tell he doesn't care about keeping customers. I would not recommend this place unless you like being mistreated and disrespected.
Zero stars if I could.

Always does my taxes and never had an issue. Always available to help when i have questions. Staff is always friendly and professional. I won't go anywhere else.

My experience with Lopez Express left me deeply dissatisfied. Not only did they demonstrate unprofessionalism and lack of empathy, but their translation services were grossly overpriced. It's unconscionable to exploit individuals in need of translations by charging exorbitant fees. Avoid Lopez Express if you value fair pricing and ethical business practices. Despite giving Lopez Express multiple chances, hoping for a change in their unprofessional and unethical practices, I've been consistently disappointed. It's disheartening to see a business fail to improve and continue to exploit customers with overpriced services and lack of empathy. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Lopez Express, as they have shown no signs of positive change in exploiting people.

I came to this location because it was recommended to me. The first time I went I didn't have an issue and the owners son helped me scan some paperwork in to than send it directly to the income tax online. The gentleman spent about an hour w me and he charged me $20 & I thought it was a little much but than again for the time it wasnt bad. So I go back today because I have to send a few more documents and the person that helped me last time wasn't there so a girl helped me. I wasn't in there for 5 min WHEN THE OWNER COMES OUT AND STARTS SPAZZING ON ME FOR NO REASON. TELLING ME THAT THEY CANT BE HELPING ME THAT LAST TIME I SPENT OVER AN HOUR AND ALL THIS STUFF, I LITERALLY LEFT THERE IN TEARS AND HE DIDNT CARE. I NEVER HAD SOMEONE SPEAK TO ME LIKE HOW THIS MAN SPOKE TO ME WHICH MIND U I PAID FOR THE SERVICES LAST TIME !!! Nasty stay away from this place !!!!!!
