my dad had a virus on his phone he went here to get it fix. in the end he ended up having to buy a new phone. heres the kicker once he told me his phone had a virus i fixed it in 4min. the people that work here have no clue what they doing they just trying to scam you into buying a phone. they dont care about their customer. please ask your kids when you have a problem with your phone. all it took me was a youtube search to fix. something they could of done but they are scammer

I went to buy a new phone, at the time I was told that I qualified for a new promotion that included a free phone. In order to get the free phone, I would have to switch over to T-Mobile from Metro. I had no problem with that, especially after I was told that I would be paying the same amount monthly. Once I switched, I noticed that my bill was $20 higher.. I've spoken to T-Mobile a few times already and they have absolutely no idea what I was talking about as far as the same monthly bill... T-Mobile must think I'm a crazy person, but the gentleman at Metro gave me false information... I have the free phone, but now I have a higher bill that I didn't ask for.

The old guy that works there has a very nasty attitude..I went there with my mother to get her a new phone/upgrade.He was helping a Spanish couple and wouldn’t look our way.When he finally said something to us it was a very unfriendly *what can he help us with* He did not want to be bothered.I wouldn’t want to give him my credit card.I wouldn’t trust him.So maybe it was a good thing that things went the way they did..He looks very sketchy.I will never go back there again.If your African American don’t go there..The vibe I got was we’re not welcome there.A very sketchy metro pcs location
