I was nervous when I read all the negative reviews. I ordered a $4k AV cabinet from a retailer. I requested white glove delivery to ensure it was put together correctly. $450 for them to deliver it inside. They put the cabinet together outside in the parking lot of my complex and wheeled it inside. They couldn't attach the doors correctly. Their hands were filthy. The cabinet top was smudged with dirt and scratched. I had to contact the manufacturer who was kind enough to replace the top of the AV cabinet and to install the cabinet doors correctly. This company is awful. Do not trust them with your expensive furniture. They don't care.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Poor communication and terrible customer service from the warehouse, drivers, and manager.

I had a great experience with Metropolitan delivery. I had white glove delivery. I had a full living room and bedroom delivered and set up. My delivery guys' names were Adam and Rafael. . They were amazing! Professional, careful, efficient and so friendly. Great experience. Thank you, guys.

If i could give lower stars I would. INCOMPETENT. Still awaiting my delivery that continues to get pushed and I'm losing work time over.

I'm now going on my third reschedule for a bed that I need to sleep on. In both cases, I took off work and stayed home all day. In both cases, I got a text that morning that my shipment had left the warehouse. Then, the delivery time window comes and goes without anyone showing up, and I check the tracking or call in, and someone has taken a photo of my house, uploaded, and driven off. I have not once recieved a call or a text 30 minutes in advance, as they tell you they will, and I have a video doorbell and surveillance in both cases no one approached my door, no one rang the door bell, no one knocked. They are literally pulling up, snapping a picture of my home, and driving off. It's crazy. My originally delivery date was in January, they no called/no showed today, and I'm currently on hold because they're telling me they can't try again until two weeks from now.

I could not be happier with my delivery from Metropolitan. Specifically the Portland Warehouse and the fantastic Customer Service I received from Diana Dominguez the General Manager. Diana went above and beyond to ensure I received my delivery on the date I requested. She was extremely responsive and accommodating. The Delivery Team was professional and courteous. I really appreciate the great service.

Inefficient, slow, unprofessional and should not be in business. Unable to secure trucks for delivery and holding goods for up to three months. If you are ordering goods from a company that ships with them, do not place your order.

They have had my furniture at the warehouse for over 2 months. No one could get a hold of them and their "systems were having issues." Finally they sent me an email so I called. They gave me an entire week as a window of delivery time. I still haven't heard from them and it's supposed to be this week. I am off site and have to hire someone to meet them there. Which is impossible with no time or even day. I have had similar experiences with them in the past. They are the worst delivery company. Furniture companies - PLEASE STOP USING THEM.

Very disappointed with this delivery company. Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery was provided detailed instructions in reference to the delivery address. They claim they could not find the house via Google, but found it later. Now I have to wait a 5 days for my delivery. I hope my item is not damaged by then, considering it is in the possession of Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery

We ordered a $2,000 cabinet in October which was supposed to be delivered on November 8th. The company then called and tried to schedule it for November 29th which didn't work for us. So we scheduled a delivery date for December 11th and received a confirmation email from the company which we purchased the product from. They said they reached out to metropolitan warehouse and delivery and confirmed the date. One working day from this delivery date we get a text confirming the delivery for December 13th. This is not a day that we could be present for the delivery! We rearranged our whole schedule for the week of December 11th so that we could be there on that day. When I called them they had no solution and basically said the only day they could come was on the 13th. Horrible horrible service!

Two delivery representatives delivered a bedroom set to my home. The order was for white glove service, and my experience was anything but that. A week prior to the delivery, I had the whole interior of my home painted by a painting contractor. I spent thousands of dollars to have my house painted, and the hallway and an area of the bedroom now have marks on the walls. I don't expect perfection and can understand a couple, but from the ones that I just briefly counted, there are at least 8 different places on the walls that will need to be redone due to the delivery. In addition, they could not find 6 screws that they needed in order to put the bed together. I can't confirm whether this is correct or not, as I didn't look through all the furniture boxes to ensure the screws weren't lost somewhere in the boxes. I am now left with a bed that has not been put together. Finally, the two men left the hallway, stairs, and bedroom a mess. There was styrofoam everywhere--including on the walls. In addition, they left two allen wrenches laying in the middle of the room. I have attached pictures of the status of my home when the two men left. I reached out to the company to be compensated for the damage done to my home, and they wanted me to spend more of my time and resources to provide them with a claim form, detailed (full view) photographs of the area of delivery damage and/or videos (which I had already provided), as well as TWO repair estimates for further review/investigation and to determine liability of this matter. How absurd.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They canceled my delivery with 24 hrs, and then we’re running late for the rescheduled delivery. After I adjusted for the late notice, they arrived early, and the delivery man could not have been ruder. He raised his voice, said it was my fault I wasn’t paying attention, and they left. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and have been a true nightmare to deal with. I have never written a review for a company, but I felt compelled because of my truly horrible experience.

If I could put no stars I would. I had ordered a dresser for my baby through babyletto. They would set up days to come deliver the dresser, and would send drivers with "no proper documentation" to deliver on base, which we had told them multiple times thats where we live. They suggested a pregnant women in the third trimester meet them off base to load a 210lb dresser and off load it myself. We never got our dresser and I missed out on unpaid work days.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. I ordered six dining chairs from Burke Décor, who uses Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery as their carrier for white glove deliveries, in July and finally received all of them in November. Metropolitan cancelled my scheduled deliveries MULTIPLE times on the day of the delivery, sometimes without call/text/email to let me know. I had to use vacation days from work to be home for the multiple deliveries that were cancelled. People only get so many vacation days a year. I urge any and all businesses to end their contract with Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery as it is a CLOWN SHOW with extremely bad service for their customers.
