All the staffs here were not really working, they just chit chatted with each other. I waited more than 30 minutes to pick up these two. And I had to remind them twice otherwise I would here to be there forever with my sick toddler crying.

This pharmacy saved my life, I go see Dr Sam and Dr v and this is my pharmacy I've been with them for years and I love coming here, I really advise you to come here because they have a very compassionate staff, thank you for your time you can look me up on my Facebook and you'll see how sincere I'm being, good luck to everyone out there!

The ladies who work here are so kind and efficient. They get you in and out as quickly as they can and with a smile. It is such a better experience than I've had at larger chain pharmacies. They deserve praise for all of their hard work!

Been using this farmacy for long time. I don't know the farmacist, but the girls that work there are extremely helpful and friendly. I have a pharmacy three blocks from my house but always prefer to go to Reinassance

The staff here are great. Always friendly and they will go above and beyond to make sure you're not getting ripped off. I started coming here 6 years ago when Walgreens was trying to charge me $900 (with insurance) for a medication my daughter needed,Renaissance charged me $75. It literally almost brought tears to my eyes.To all the staff at Renaissance, you probably don't hear it enough, thank you for everything that you guys do.

Here I am. One hour of wait for just 2 medications. The lady on the cashier just passed another person that just got here. I have not had an issue until I had to deal with the young lady with short blonde hair. I’m just going to say this if you do not know how to de-escalate a situation, practice active listening (because she is very defensive ready to respond not really listening) , provide proper customer service or try to find a solution rather than point blame elsewhere and keep repeating yourself and basically laughing and gossiping the whole time you are suppose to be “assisting” a client/patient/ customer YOU SHOULD NOT/CANNOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Her entire demeanor, attitude and approach to our situation with whatever the mix up was ..was not handled properly. Basically kept calling my husband my father after I corrected her twice already if I corrected you please stop calling him my father. Then call us liars for the whole mix up due to a simple error and then tried to excuse her attitude (after proof was brought to her attention )due to other patients trying to get away with free meds..??..??…I’m not other patients you treat everyone with respect and find solutions to their specific situation not everyone that walks through those doors is the same nor their situation, health, life etc. Not once did she try to apologize or show empathy even if it wasn’t her fault (I’m not looking for fault ) but just to ease the situation.I just am shocked at how she is allowed to handle clients this way and in my 10+years of working management in customer service setting I couldn’t imagine letting her handle another customer service issue that could of been resolved in 5min, rather her going on and on and on about how it’s not her fault. I’m not looking for fault or her nasty attitude I’m looking for a solution and not having to take another unnecessary trip down here. Customer service is tough but you need to pick and choose your battles you cannot fight with all customers it doesn’t make sense. Now I speak good Spanish and English I cannot imagine some one who has a language barrier being belittled by her.

Hands down the best. Much better than the rx on new brunswick ave. Aceoss the street from hospital. Ibswitched to here . Im in am out in less than 5 min . The receptionist recogbizes me walk in. And she starts preparing my scripts before I even ask (she makes sure their valid im sure first) and the pharmacist is ajoy and a jokester . Inlike my visits here
