Stood on line only to get to the front and have them tell me to come back at 2:30. I was the only person left. Won't be back, rather go out my way. Total lack of empathy.

This location has milk and other essential items, but staff is not working properly to arrange items on the shelves. Milk is visible on the back side in black crates, but irony is that customers can't reach there. Hope someone responsible reads this comment and helps to improve the location. Multiple times faced the same situation.

There great when you go in to the store to pick up your prescription, but there phone service is horrible. At this moment I've been waiting for 12 minutes on hold. She answered and said hold on and stll on hold. Now it's 13 minutes.

Complete garbage the cashier scanned the gift card and didn’t add the amount and after he did that he said what amount I said 25 and he took the money and didn’t scan it and literally stole the money

The pharmacy staff are amazing and very helpful. I used to live in Perth Amboy four years ago, and I moved to Rahway, I still will not change pharmacies because of how much I like, and respect the pharmacy staff at Rite Aid in Perth Amboy.
