HORRIBLE SERVICE...I have an elderly mom that had simple mobile for 3+ years and now she has no service as simple mobile as they disconnected her service. I keep calling simple mobile for help and the reps are not helpful at all. They connect you to different departments and then just hang up on you. I have been trying to call for the past 3 days to fix the problem and nobody at simple mobile helps you. I also have asked to talk to a supervisor and the representative said 'I am the supervisor\
