Be Careful these people are WEIRD. had a laptop that was sent to me and I missed it so I had changed the delivery to this location and came one day they said UpS took it back since I changed the address came back today to get my package the UPS tracking statues told me it was delivered in the EARLY MORNING. The people at this store told me it wasn’t there and the drivers just confirmed the delivery with the peoples names because they know the people at the store which didn’t seem right or make sense how u let the delivery driver confirm a package with your name if anything that’s on you and I asked like three times who was the person that confirmed it named Victor and it took the other employee to point at the guy named Victor who was standing right next to her. so they told me they will probably drop it off later last pick up time 6-7 but my statues said it was already there AT 9:22Am. So I called UPs customer service and explained to them what happened and they told me I had to call the original seller and file a claim and guess what after that call the people from the store CALLED ME and told me my package was magically delivered and ready to pick up and mind you I stayed in the area outside the store I didn’t see one of the three UPS trucks I saw pass by and drop packages

These people are nasty and rude they have zero customer service. If you do not look like you they will ignore you. The place is a mess and not one thing in there looks organized. If you can avoid using this specific store I suggest you do.

Terrible customer service by Victor. Who wasn’t wearing his name tag. And refused to give me his managers name when I asked for it. I came in the store to print a shipping label from a Bar code from the email from UPS.
He handed me a card for the manager and the card didn’t even have the manager’s number. What a shame.
No respect for people’s time.
