This is the third time I ordered something and the package was “delivered” when it was not. I have cameras and the “supervisor” said “I get you have cameras but it says delivered. There’s nothing we can do.”
It’s Christmas. These were Christmas gifts and clearly it’s evident through other reviews that this isn’t just a me issue. This post office is known for stealing packages and it really needs to be investigated.

Worst post office in the world I almost had to be hospitalized over them holding my medicines their worker never came to my actual address I got cameras he left the note in the building in the front because my package requieres a signature I guess he didnt want to take the time (witch it’s his job) manager never knows what going on and never could find ur package really the worst customer service the USA could serve.

Seeing the reviews for this location just upsets me more. I had a good experience at this post office for the most part when I go there. Although, I was just mailing items out, never had a bad experience or was my package or letters not delivered. So whats my issue?? I ordered a package from a company on 04/22, everything in the shipping looked good until it got to this location. It said arrived but also said “moving through network” instead of “out for delivery”. I filed a complaint with the post office and was contacted and told that it was mislabeled and sent to Georgia or something (which is ridiculous). So, I contact the company, they send me a photo of what they put on the label, it all appears to be in order, so I agree for them to resend it. This item is insured so the value (almost $150) isn't the concern, it’s just I really want my item. I wait again and wouldn't you know it says MOVING THROUGH NETWORK again! Same thing! I’m trying to request to pick it up 🤦🏽♀️ we’ll see how it goes in two days it will be 30 says since my order was originally placed and came from Brooklyn NY! I will post an update.
Update: the post office got back to me and they have “lost” my package again. This is poor management and this location should be investigated.

It was easy to send and deliver the mail, the instructions are easy, I really feel that it was cheap to send from one state to another and it was also a priority, I really recommend it, everything was organized and I didn't have any problems, everything was excellent

To say this post office is the most unorganized & irresponsible post office in New Jersey is an extreme understatement. The supervisor Timothy Wolff has no clue as to where my mail is although I've been coming to the post office IN PERSON speaking with him about my issue. I filled out a hold card for my mail to be held, he claimed it got lost. Then he claims it was because of a forwarding in the system, but my mail was never forwarded. I have him on video admitting that the post office is unorganized & clueless. Not to mention the postmaster Octavio who is extremely rude & unprofessional. He disrespected me over and over while not letting me express the frustration I've been experiencing for the past two months. I will be filing a complaint with USPIS, Timothy Wolff & Octavio Rodriguez need to be terminated of their positions immediately. I'm sure I'm not the only one in Perth Amboy experiencing this.

I went in today with my daughter & missed walk in times then asked if the man can review the documents and he was so nasty saying NO look online. How are you customer service with no manners nor trying to assist I will just go to another site like Hazlet they are extre Helpful

This Post Office lost over a $100.00 item on June 15th stating on their tracking that an individual had picked up the item on June 15, 2023 at 6:45PM when this post office closes at 5:PM. I was not that individual and why did they, so they say, allow someone pick up the item without ID? In my opinion someone stole the item. It was a charm I was going to give my granddaughter for graduation.I have been trying to get in touch with this post office at least 25 times in the past month with no one picking up the phone. They have some nerve asking for an increase in the stamp price when they don't know how to serve the public.Dolores Havanki

The worst place to handle ur business. This old lady specifically has the most nasty attitude in the world, she makes that office a true Nightmare. I will strongly suggest you to avoid this facility cause you may end up in jail. Please fire everyone in there and hire new people with real manners Please.

One particular woman is just nasty for no reason. Ive been here several times and every single time Ive been there the lady who works there is rude and unprofessional. I was home all day and apparently they tried to deliver something. Umm no you didn't I have cameras lol! Just too lazy to ring the bell. Besides the laziness of the delivery person the woman who works there needs to check her attitude. If you hate your job and people that much find another job!! Useless post office and extremely unhelpful. Its worth taking a ten minute trip to the another Post Office!! I wouldnt even bother going there for stamps.

I'm so fed up with this post office and wish there was a way to stop getting mail from them. My packages keep going missing even tho it says delivered and I know it's not being stolen. I have a feeling the Staff there are shady. It makes me so angry that they are so incompetent and don't investigate the workers there.

They keep sending small packages that can be put in the door mail slot to the next door neighbor that I DID NOT request. Instead of fixing this problem, the so called “customer service representative” cared more about how I was cussing (mind you I did not call HER out her name) out of frustration for it being the 2nd time of doing that. They are absolutely useless & I wish none of my packages in future is delivered by them.

I wish I can give a 0 star I lost a package that was send to me house this weekend / I call the Perth Amboy post office. The person that picked up the phone was so so rude I asked him to please find put if my package was still there or to see if maybe the drive knows where it was left. He said that he called the driver and the driver said that he left it at my door in my building you can get up to my door with out a key and or being buzzed in so that is lie # 1 . Then the delivery said that it was signed and left with someone . Well I did not sign for it and the driver admitted that he signed for it himself (my name he signed ) that is a fraud to sign my name when he did it him self. Lie # 2When I told this to the main upper office he said that the sender paid extra to have it Signature required well what I find really wrong with this picture is that not only did the driver sign my name but they are suppose to lease a note that they have tried to deliver this package and no one home and you need to be home or come pick it up . Well that did not happen because the Driver signed my name and took me package . KEEP an eye out for your things that's all I am saying this is not over with something needs to be looking into more
