I had an extremely frustrating experience with Walgreens Pharmacy. Nobody is willing to help! I called the pharmacy to check on my prescription, which I can clearly see on the Walgreens app, but they claimed it wasn’t on file. Instead of assisting me, they kept transferring my call to different departments, wasting my time.
After calling twice more to get answers, they ended up hanging up on me both times! This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you need a reliable pharmacy that actually helps its customers, I’d recommend going elsewhere. Walgreens needs to do better!

Worst pharmacy service ever medications can take up to 5 hours to get ready for pick up staff careless and waiting line is a nightmare it can be empty and they still take their sweet time better get another pharmacy and also medications will be cheaper

They told me my meds would be ready in 2 hours or they would let me know. Nobody let me know and it’s been 6 hours.

Terrible customer service lady said she couldn’t sell me a product i found on the shelves also refused to call a manager to maybe try and help?tried to get her name but she wasn’t even wearing a name tag. She also said they had no bags not even for sell to put the products i had just bought, literally had to run to my car find a bag come back and pay. She needs to fix her attitude too.

Provider here, pharmacy claims to be 24 hrs however keeps physicians on the phone calling in a new prescription for over 35 minutes and yet no answer even beyond that. Horrible

NEVER GO HERE. I went here twice due to other pharmacies being closed after a hospital visit and needed the prescription asap. The one guy who works at night was extremely rude. Then the other time I went there, dealt with 2 different girls. One girl was so nasty and said “I’ll let you know when it’s ready” and I explained the app said it was ready and I received a text saying it’s ready. She said “well it’s not” I said ok can you give me an estimated time. She said no.
They provide NO EXPLANATIONS.
I have been shorted 1 opioid prescription pill there. There was people behind me in drive thru but I always make sure I count before leaving because it has happened to me before. I pulled up (they clearly saw me parked- I just pulled up enough so person behind me can be helped, the line was long so I went inside and they said “you’re insane. We counted them. You’re lying” so I made a police report on it. They are disgustingly rude. The drive thru is in a dark unlighted area in not the nicest town, everyone there is so NASTY. the inside itsself is nasty. It’s just absolutely disgusting and the pharmacy workers are a joke.. Literally makes me laugh that someone can be so rude and judgemental of someone picking up pain meds after a spinal fusion and just returning from hospital from complications post surgery. They make you wait so long when no one Is even waiting even after they say ur meds are ready. They lie too make sure u count ur pills!!!

Terrible service at the moment, I have been waiting for about 30 minutes and they still don't serve me, I don't recommend this place to anyone, they have no respect for the customer, especially the manager Ann Marie herself, they should do a routine checkup and teach them how to serve the customer, what an outrage, you arrive and they don't even have the medication ready 💊, they tell you to come back in like two hours, when the prescription was from the day before.

Horrible pharmacy customer service. Whoever the pharmacist is tonight 9/15/24 so called Lui. Rude as hell been waiting on daughter prescription for a months now this man had guts of yelling at me on the phone .

Another terrible Walgreens… dropped off prescription… came back hours later ….. waited on line for another hour….. only to find out it wasn’t done still … mind u they didn’t even have to make it… it’s in a bottle premade in a box…. I’m so disgusted …. Everyone on line is disgusted… more than half the people in front of me left pissed off because they didn’t have there meds on stock or just never got to it …Lesson learned time to switch to another pharmacy completely… NO MORE WALGREENS FOR PRESCIPTIONS….

Im sorry but this is THE WORST PHARMACY IN NJ.. DO NOT LET YOUR DR SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. The pharmacy techs that work here are a joke!!! Especially the Indian guy 🤦🏻♀️. Best advice I can gIVe anyone is have your prescriptions filled elsewhere not only are they super slow but are not nice either!!!!

It's where I get my meds from. They're not that bad when it comes to waiting, and the reason I have express pass. I try to get my meds early in the day or late evening when the place is almost empty.
There's always plenty of parking, and the place is always nice and clean. The employees are always happy to help. Especially when you have to talk to the pharmacist. I always get great feedback from them.

This store should be closed, they never have the medications they prescribe, you have to wait days for them to be ready and their prices are super excessive. The application system does not work accurately.
