This is the worst customer service ever experienced in a phone store or anywhere. Store computers weren't working. Held actual cost information back. Employees were confused about how to transfer phone info to a new one. Surprises at the end claiming we had to change phone plans because the phone was on sale. Service is being switched to Verizon. This message comes from my girlfriend's phone (Verizon), because after at least 6hrs/2 days, my old phone that they said should be working better now is NOT WORKING BETTER.

Wow Tiffany is amazing. She helped me lower my bill on my xfinity even tho they tried to over charge us with a “package” deal. She saved us 150 a month by switching to direct tv stream and keeping our xfinity internet! Thank you Tiffany you deserve a raise!

Tiffany, the manager at the AT&T store was sooo helpful and very professional. I was so disappointed, because my services was suspended and I was unaware.I was really about to switch carriers back to T-mobile at that point until she reached out to customer service and set up a payment arrangement as well as get my number in the system as the primary account number to be notified of any changes to my account, and my discounts applied to my account so my bill could be lower. My services is restored, and I’m a happy camper now! Thank you Tiffany!

I had a great shopping experience at the Phillipsburg location. I tried ordering a new phone online and was prompted to go to a store in person. Not only was the customer service exceptional, I walked out ten minutes later with the new phone and all the accessories and spent less than what I was going to be charged electronically for just the phone! Thank you to the manager and the sales associates for making this a seamless, pleasurable experience!! (they paid me to say this)! J/k :-)

I went to this location on 9/23 and was promised free phones, firstnet/ first responder plan discount and received a bill for $416.75 from a bill of $120 a month.
The sales team is so sneaky. I was told Activation fees will be credited and I wouldn't see it but 2 weeks later my bill is $416. They added an extra phone line and I don't even have a phone for it.
I am ready to leave AT&T. They need to really get a handle on their sales team.
