“Been out of the area for awhile but drove through the wintery weather and wanted to get the salt washed off. So, I headed to Norton's. Oh my gosh, it's gone, it's a CVS and they don't wash cars. But I spotted Shammy Shine down the way next to WaWa.
You enter the lane and the kiosk let's you pick what you want. There were a lot of choices. I went with basic and undercarriage cleaning. ( I think it cost about $15. ) Only because I didn't want to hold up the line.
As you enter, a Staff Member will come out and guide your wheels into the track. Sit back and e joy the ride. One thing odd, I have an SUV and a Staff Member slipped a plastic sleeve over the rear wiper, which I didn't realize until I got down the road. If I had realized, I would have removed it before I left the complex. Not sure why it was placed on it.
There are vacuums which must be for self use or a higher service selection. I use a service where you tell the attendant what you want, you go to the lounge. They take the car which goes through the wash and the attendant brings it around for the detail wipe down, and spritz the wheels.
