Went there to get cheese because my bf’s mom forgot to get some and he charged me $7 for that store branded craft slices. Don’t recommend.

High Prices And The People Who Run The Store Are Rude. The Man Is Classist And Racist. The Stores Not That Clean. Soup And Other Things Are Out Of Date So Be Aware Of That Aswell. They Depend On Us And We Shouldnt Waste Our Money Here. Spend Your Money At A Place That Will Respect You. Like The New Store Across The Street From Cathers The Guy Is A Good Person Who Deserves The Money! Or The Corner Store On Sitgreaves And Stockton He Is Also A Great Guy Never Had Any Issues!

Owner is nasty, store seems fine but just skip it. If you're looking for a great small old-fashioned grocery store, head over to Gino's on Congress Street.

This place is ok if your in a pinch, need something quick and don’t feel like driving to the grocery store to get it. It is definitely more expensive there but your paying for the convenience. I would suggest checking the expiration date if it is a product that would have one cause there have been a few times that I have found expired items on the shelf. I have heard people say not to buy their fresh items but I can say they do go through milk, eggs and butter pretty regularly but I still check the dates on them anyway. If you are a smoker then I would try to avoid going there and just walk the extra 10 minutes to the gas station with the deli(old subway) attached cause Cathers will charge you about $2 more a pack. Another thing I will mention is that I wish the owner would at least invest in fixing the floor. There are spots in the floor where you can feel that the wood is rotting and I feel like we will all be hearing about someone falling through one of those rotten spots one day soon.

Stupid scammers. Do not go here. They are stupid. They ripped me off. They threatened me and said they would call the cops because we were "lying". We are never coming here again. They are over priced and annoying. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Have bought food items from this place a handful of times. I think this man who owns this place is really taking advantage of the poor population on this side of town. People here don't really have cars very often and they often don't have more than just their food stamps or a couple of dollars. Don't buy anything fresh here especially not their lunch meat and don't buy their frozen meals because the plastic is pulled back and spilling out of contents. Chips here we're stale. I'm praying someone buys him out and makes the store a respectable place where the food is fresh and the prices are reasonable.

Overpriced items bought from local stores and then resold here for largely inflated prices.

Although some items were pricy, it was a convenient walk when you dont have a car to go somewhere further. Also, the people there were quite nice.
