Worst branch ever. I set up an appointment a week in advance. Till the last minute I kept getting a confirmation message on my phone and on arriving at the scheduled time...I was told that the banker is not available. I drove 11 miles for this and they didn't have the courtesy to call me and cancel the appointment ?

I have to close my account from this bank. They charge u a maintenance fee and the rules are confusing unless u have a direct deposit. U are better off with a different bank. Why pay 12 dollars every month when u don't have to with a different bank?

The customer service here is horrible! They didn't answer the phone after multiple times of calling. Once someone finally answered the phone, the dude was rude and had an attitude problem. You're in the wrong business with an attitude like that, dude.
