Sent me someone else's order. This was through Wal-Mart and when I called they said they will not send my order until I send thus one back. Person whose order I got did not get mine, they got someone else's. Bad customer service, bad mistake. Stay away

We love CB! Only place we'll get our dog & cat food. Staff at both Washington & Phillipsburg locations are very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I do wish that hours for the Phillipsburg location were more convenient for myself- as in weekend availability- but I assume that's because they're on a back road, so they don't get as much business as they should!

I ordered a martingale collar several weeks ago which was returned for an exchange. Leah Slifer sent me an email stating the color I wanted was back-ordered; did I want another color or a refund? I requested a different color (all done via email). This was before Thanksgiving and since then my calls go unanswered and my emails are ignored by Leah and Erin. I have no idea what is going on. They finally sent a collar but it was NOT a martingale (see photo). I've requested a return label so I can return this item and have purchased what I needed elsewhere. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the hope that they can help; failing that I will have my credit card company do a charge-back. SHAME ON YOU!

I've been trying to exchange a martingale collar for several weeks now (they acknowledge the return but haven't sent the correct one out). I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the hope that they can do something about this problem (my calls go unanswered and my emails are ignored). Failing that I'll just do a charge-back on my credit card.

I ordered $100 in merchandise on December 19 and checked the status of delivery on-line on December 22 -- and discovered that my order was still awaiting shipment. So I contacted the store and learned that some goods were backordered and they had therefore not sent out the remaining items. Why didn't they contact me about the backorder and delay? We bought online a very expensive comb. After 2 months the comb disconnected from the wood handle. the store refused to take responsibility and asked me to turn to the manufacturer. It's absolutely unacceptable. Stay away!
