urgent care service is great. I have taken two of my children here on different occasions, and each visit was smooth, well time managed. The facility is clean, staffing well mannered. Dr. Took their time each visit. We are pleased with Atlantic healthcare.

Dr. Friedman really knows his stuff! I highly recommended him, and the staff, for being consistently professional and sympathetic towards patients. He's great with a needle. Never felt a thing.

The website stated they do COVID 19 Asymptomatic testing. Yet when we arrived. Was told testing was only done for pre op testing. Would some tell me which is correct please?

The building seems modern and new, and their times are great, and even the doctor seemed ok. The problem is they have no idea what is going on, don't call back with your results, don't have the doctor explain anything, and told me to do a follow-up visit then then next time said they don't do follow-ups. Never sent me bloodwork results, can't login to site.

They no longer do screening services, but they don't tell you that until you walk through the door. Nothing is updated online.

the day before my hand surgery was scheduled they decided to inform me that my insurance would not cover the procedure and had to cancel. the staff handling insurance claims are horrible. if this was the case they should have informed me earlier so that could have gone to another doctor to get taken care of.

Tried to make a Urologist appontment with Dr. Bingham, only to be told initally that he has left Coordinated Health an went to work at Lehigh Valley Health Group. This was after 2 30 minute waits on the phone for the receptionist to answer my call. The migration from Coordinated Health to Lehigh Valley Health Group has been patitically executed. No one should have to wait an hour to be answered when calling in for an appointment.
