Worst experience ever trying to buy a dishwasher. Today was failed attempt #3 to deliver it. We will be getting our money back and never ever purchasing anything from Hone Depot again.

I needed window screen replacements and could not get the assistance I needed until trying the window department at this Home Depot. The manager was knowledgeable and accommodating and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The service rep who assisted me with the screen repair was also amazing. I tried four stores and various online business and not one of them could assist me with my screen replacements. This Home Depot, and especially the window department, will be the one I shop at when needed even though there are stores closer to my home. One more thing worth mentioning ... I fully expected to look around and wait for a sales rep as I have at every store I previously visited. If you have ever felt like the service rep who finally arrives is doing you a favor just being there and is a bit annoyed with your lack of repair knowledge then you get what I'm saying. Not at this Home Depot in the window department. A+ "old school" service that saved me time and a lot of money.

I love when I drive 20 minutes to your store to pick up an item the app says you have 5 of only to find out you have none.

As to this large "box store," I am impressed as to the knowledge, and friendliness of this store's staff. Had several products to purchase, in every case I received exact directions as to which as side these products could be found. Very well trained staff.

Frank the manager, and Tom the Associate manager, went beyond the call of duty to make sure that the LG washer and dryer we had purchased were correctly installed after the delivery company completely dropped the ball. Frank & Tom were incredibly accommodating and professional in working with us. We are very grateful to both of them for their time and support in resolving the problem. We have always been loyal Home Depot customers and this experience further validated our confidence in this store and the team that manages it

My wife ordered a zero turn mower and we were having it delivered to my brothers house since we lived too far away. I made arrangements for him to be home and we paid extra to narrow the window down to 2 hours so he wouldn't have too wait around all day. They called us back and said there was a mix up and that they were just going to deliver it to our home address. We told them we lived 2 hours away and they still assured us that it was ok. Well come delivery day my wife call

Updated review- The Home Depot customer service compensated my husband and I for the inconvenience in the form of a discount. The 2 men that ended up delivering our appliances yesterday were first class and did a great job. We are still awaiting to hear back about the microwave that came damaged. Other then that, our overall review of the Home Depot have changed thanks to their customer service and great delivery men the second time around. My husband and I recently purchased new appliances from Home Depot and chose to have them delivered by them. We were given a delivery date of about 2 weeks later and said they would call the day before with an estimated time frame for delivery. They called the day before and gave a 4 hour window 2-6. At this point everything had gone smoothly with no problems. The day of delivery again they call with the same time frame 2-6 and confirm. Around 3 they call back and state they are very behind and won't get to us until 5-7. Around 6:15 they call and say they are 30-40 mins away. At 7:45 they had still not shown up so I called them from the number that was calling. No answer. At 8:00 I call the delivery company and ask what was going on. They state they had just heard from the men who were supposed to deliver our appliances and their truck broke and they won't be able to redeliver for another week! Absolutely unacceptable. I find it hard to believe their truck "just" broke when they were 30-40 mins away. Especially after googling them and come to find out it's basically something they do time and time again. I will never go back to Home Depot. They are scam artists to continue to use such a poor delivery company knowing how awful they are. To say they don't know, would be a lie. It's all over the internet!

Had an estimate done for a new AC unit and furnace through the Home Depot MyInstall online request and the contractor they sent stepped through my ceiling from the attic and the Home Depot has washed there hands of addressing the issue along with TM Brennan, the contractor selected by the Home Depot to do the work. Will not shop at the Home Depot any longer as they don't stand behind their contractors and address issues impacting their customers.

What I dislike about this location is the inconsistency. I have a commercial account, and have been told I'm one of the top 5 buyers ...so if I can't get decent service, you're average spender probably isn't going to get any better. Some days, I get what I need and I'm out within 5 minutes. Other Days, it takes me 20 minutes to get a bucket. Nobody in the store knows how to do the Pro Xtra thing other than the folks at the Pro Desk. One day I was trying to buy boxes of tile, and evidently it had to be rung up at the flooring desk. The lady was completely lost in the software, and we had to wait for someone from the Pro Desk to come back and help her. Other times, I go through the regular lanes and hit the Xtra button on the screen, and then can't ever seem to put my phone number into the system. I like doing this, because it will email me my receipts, so I can keep track of what company they belong to. Don't even get me started with the people back in the appliance department ...I'm sorry if I disturbed you during your break, but there's really no need to take it out on a customer. Today was what finally prompted me to write a review. All I needed was a bucket, a brush, and some ammonia ...in and out within 5 minutes right? WRONG. I walk into the cleaning department, and can't find ammonia. Seriously, 20 different types of bleach from "green" and "environmentally safe" ...to the regular plain old Clorox, and everything in between. But not a single bottle of ammonia. I looked through everything, then someone came and looked through everything, then someone else came and looked through everything, then one of them went to the paint department and looked through everything there, and then it was determined they didn't have any. Fine, I'll go to Shop Rite next door and waste more time. So I then go to the registers to buy the bucket and brush. After my items were rung up, I pressed the Xtra button ...no option to put in my phone number. I tell the lady I'm waiting to type in my phone number, but it's not coming up. She tells me she needs my card to do it. I hand her my card, and she asks for the job #, to which I tell her the job #. She puts that in and tells me to sign, I repeat to her that I need to put my phone number in so I can get the receipt emailed to me. She says "it's too late." Seriously, this is not the first time this has happened. She tells me I need to either go to the return desk, and go through the line again, or go down to the Pro Desk and see what they can do. Since I was nearing the point where frustration was about to blow up into anger, I walked over to the Pro Desk and after standing there for a while, someone came over to me. After another 5 minutes, it was finally done ...and a bucket and brush took nearly 30 minutes to get, and then I still had to walk over to Shop Rite to get one of the most basic of cleaning supplies. There are a few people that have been extremely helpful at this location, and hopefully they know this by the many times I said "thank you." Which is why I didn't give them 1 star. However, as I said in the beginning ...it's the inconsistency here which drives me nuts. Please Home Depot, take the time to properly train your employees on the software you use, and the programs you offer. Give them something that can tell them in a timely way, whether there is any ammonia in the store. I shouldn't have to budget 45 minutes to get a minimal amount of cleaning supplies.

Love the store, love the customer service, love product selection for the most part (lack some products that Lowes carry's and rarely offer coupons). I enjoy the plant center as well. However, I cannot stand the guy who bothers me every time I come in about upgrading my home to solar. I want to browse products, not be approached every time I come in by this guy. Sometimes I dodge him and go through plant center or just go to Lowe's if I don't feel like dealing with it that day. I am sure his company pays HD for that spot, but I just can't stand it.
