Great store, online ordering is great. However the contractor pickup area is closed so buying larger items has you flat bedding to a parking space usually not friendly to pickups and larger vehicles. You will find yourself pushing a heavy cart a long way!

It has and does as expected too bad it's so big yet can't stock everything and has changed the shopping model for me whereas I now first check online to make sure they have what I need or I shop elsewhere.

Here is some material you can use at your next stand-up morning meeting that cost you $100 in sales, and a customer.
I walked in because I needed some machine screws. As I approached the aisle on morning of 4/14 there was a woman/store associate half blocking the nuts/bolts aisle. I asked if I could go down the aisle and she said in a snarky voice that they were trying to block the aisle to get something for a customer. She then asked if I knew what I wanted and I said "machine screws" and then in the continued snarky voice said "Do you know what SIZE???".
At that point I said "No problem, I'll go to Lowes", and did just that. I bought my machine screws there (and one of their associates even came over to help me pick out the right ones while I as there without asking), and then I spent another $90+ on assorted other things.
You might not care about a $100 sale, but now multiply that x never walking into your store again for a lifetime all because your associate couldn't just be nice. Do better.

I would like to express my gratitude to customer service representative Kristen for her exceptional assistance in locating a specific product. She consistently greets everyone with a smile and exudes a cheerful personality while displaying extensive knowledge and helpfulness. People like her are the reason I will continue to rely on Home Depot Phillipsburg for my needs.

Since when did Home Depot stop letting you leave half a ton of pellets at the store as long as you pick them up within a week? I wanted to buy a ton like I did a month ago but have small truck so last time they let me leave half there as long as I picked up with the week.
