Going through a tough time had 5$ over draft. That had been taken care of. Lock my card. The manager of saves sasted me and told me she'll send me send me a new 60 days. I've a been a client for almost 10 years. Totally uncalled for and very unprofessional.

Wow! What an awesome, friendly branch bank. Everyone is genuinely nice and helps when they can. There was a rather loud person in the bank, and the staff dealt with them with compassion. Thank you IRCO!

A shout out to the young lady, Shantae, who answered my call into IRCO this July, Wednesday morning regarding an online banking, log in issue.
In a matter of minutes, she managed to guide me through the required steps to update my code.
Her demeanor was calm, cool and collected.
Quite an asset to the NJ banking team.

At one time many moons ago, this was a good bank, but hasn't been very good the past 10 or so years. No Certise call if there's an issue with your balance, they just return whatever is supposed to go through an then charge your account over an over, instead of giving you a chance to fixes your balance. Because it's never the banks fault. It's disgusting really, was a great bank at one time. Don't bank here unless it's short term. There a nosey bank too.... js, lmo too nosey ,?????

Unbelievable level of incompetence in staff. They have repeatedly lost our checks for HELOC payment, and then call us angrily demanding why we haven't paid. It would be laughable if it wasn't actually affecting my credit score. Rude, ignorant, judgmental, and the problem goes up to management. Just take my checks and process them, please, then you'll get the payments on time since I'm sending them in faithfully. Major headache! Avoid avoid avoid!

I'm so glad I switched to IRCO last year. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a loan same day and they were very nice to work with! I love IRCO!

Recently deposited a US treasury check, was told a 2 day hold would be placed on it. This is illegal, when I called let them know I knew this the money was made available the next day.Really shady practice for a financial institution to attempt to use assumed ignorance against you regardless the reason. The law is the law it’s not up to your bank to decide when to follow it.
