It's a big box store. It has EVERYTHING! I prefer to shop a small local hardware store. But they really had everything o was looking for. Not much sales help on the floor. So it was a long hunt in a gigantic store.

It is very frustrating to drive a long distance to the store to pick up an item that is supposedly in the stock as mentioned on the website, and then I find it out of stock.

Our morning got off to a rocky start, but stepping into Lowe's in Phillipsburg turned out to be a saving grace, all thanks to Bob in doors. His exceptional customer service went beyond the usual; he not only assisted us with our needs but also managed to inject some much-needed humor into the situation. Bob's friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile transformed what could have been a dreadful experience into a surprisingly pleasant one. Kudos to Bob for turning our day around with his helpfulness and humor. We left Lowe's feeling grateful and with smiles on our faces, thanks to him.

I live closer to several other Lowes stores, but this is by far the cleanest, best organized, and has the friendliest employees. Products are located where they’re supposed to be. Every staff member I’ve encountered says hi and asks if they can help (even on a Saturday afternoon!). I wish the Lowes less than 10 minutes from me was as nice and organized as this location in Phillipsburg.

What a wonderful FREE hands-on program for kids! Our grandkids were greeted by Ms. Crystal who helped our 4 year old and 8 year old grandboys build their own plant carts. The kids were given great instruction from Ms Crystal, a wonderful Lowes employee. Thanks Lowes!
