The Phillipsburg location is very cluttered and disorganized. The checkout line usually moves quickly though. They have cute pet stuff.

Every time that I go to Home Goods , I find new and unique merchandise to decorate my home. It is actually dangerous to go and browse as I always buy way more than I had planned.

This Marshall's was a well organized place. Easy to view items because shelving was not overcrowded

Most of the associates are very pleasant but I saw the name tag and “Hayley” is very rude to her coworkers. Not sure if that’s normal but it does not seem to be healthy or acceptable behavior. Should be spoken to.

We went holiday shopping here at noon on a Sunday. Just a little piece of advice - don’t go holiday shopping here at noon on a Sunday. It was a terrible idea. The place was full of people standing in the middle of (narrow) aisles staring at their phones, stopping in their tracks, walking VERY slowly, etc. the whole thing was like high school hallways in-between periods all over again! No thanks! When you have very tall aisles like that with minimal space in between, it makes for a quickly overwhelming and confusing shopping experience. We’ll stick with the Marshalls in Easton - come to think of it we actually went there afterwards and had a 1000X better experience, which is funny because it’s a much much smaller store with less inventory.
