“Honestly probably the cleanest place I have ever had blood drawn. Got me right in. The dr's office screwed up on my son's order but the phlebotomist was able to help. She was amazing and I wish I knew her name. She was in room 1 if that helps? Anyway, I love the check in kiosk and the fact that the office was decorated to feel a little more comfortable. I won't go anywhere else to get blood drawn now”

“Was a pretty decent process. Check-in was simple and wait time was minimal. Lab itself is pretty small but clean. Make sure to communicate with the phlebotomist and that she understands what works for you as she ended up poking me twice and I originally informed her the vein she chose would not work. Otherwise, normal experience.”
“I have never had any issue with the doctors or staff. But what could use improving is their walk in emergency care. Needs major help. Long wait times, shortage of staff. What good is making an appointment you still wait. But even with all that my last emergency visit the doctor sent me right to the hospital. His quick thinking saved my life. For that I am grateful.”
