“I went to a Verizon store in Pennsylvania to transfer a line and prior to that I tried to do it New Jersey and was given such a run around I was in Pennsylvania and stopped in a Verizon store and dealt with a woman named Nyla she was amazing she did it so quickly and was so knowledgeable and pleasant. “There were two employees behind the counter when I arrived. Both looked up and greeted me, it was a great start to our interaction.
My phone was in the river for 48 hours.
They set the expectation that they’d try to dehydrate it, but no guarantees that it would work after the cycle.
I called to follow up and they answered the phone, again another courteous interaction. My phone wasn’t quite done. I followed up again today, and it looked the phone was operational! Upon arrival we did a few more troubleshooting steps, and done! Confirmed it was working- cameras, speakers and all!
I’m happy with my experience yes because my phone works after 48 hours in the river, and also because of the customer service I received.
I don’t suggest anyone lose their phone in the river, but if it happens to you, I do recommend ubreakifix at Madison Farms.”

“Janelle and Matt were so helpful!! I bought a new phone there and was having an issue with transferring my number over. I stopped in the store when Janelle was literally leaving for the night and she came back inside and spent an extra hour with me on the phone with tech support, and was able to get the number transferred!!! This was just about a week before Christmas and I’m sure that she wanted to get home to her family, but she took that extra time and helped me resolve this issue!! Janelle and Matt were both extremely helpful as they both were trying to help me and they both accomplished this for me!! Thank you Janelle and Matt for your time and patience!! That is true customer service!! Your help is greatly appreciated!!! I highly recommend this store, and more specifically Janelle and Matt
