“I was at the restaurant next door and was finished about 7:40, well after they closed. I want paying attention to the store hours at the bottom of the door and reached for the door. Obviously it was locked, but the associate, Isiah came to the door. I apologized for not realizing the hours and said I'd come back when they open but I only had one question about a charger and wire to see if they had it. He asked if that was all I needed, since it was, he said I could come in for the quick purchase. It was so helpful if him to take the few moments and he told me that everyone needs something important at unplanned times. He provided such a pleasant experience. I hope the company sees this and rewards him somehow for going above and beyond to help a customer. Thanks Isaiah.”

Tyler worked with us and presented us a couple of options, and also gave the pros and cons of each option. He was very knowledgeable and was extremely patient. He also helped us lower our bill considerably.

Even she explained to me that the phone I was giving as a return was a 5G, she was very helpful and convincing, sold us more than we were to buy yesterday.”
“Janelle and Matt were so helpful!! I bought a new phone there and was having an issue with transferring my number over. I stopped in the store when Janelle was literally leaving for the night and she came back inside and spent an extra hour with me on the phone with tech support, and was able to get the number transferred!!! This was just about a week before Christmas and I’m sure that she wanted to get home to her family, but she took that extra time and helped me resolve this issue!! Janelle and Matt were both extremely helpful as they both were trying to help me and they both accomplished this for me!! Thank you Janelle and Matt for your time and patience!!
