James at the Phillipsburg location is by far one of the most helpful people I have spoken to in regards to a business. My rent was late and he worked out an agreement with me that fit my needs so I can get caught up on time. He is always available to speak to and answers my emails right away. He follows up constantly if you are late with a payment to make sure your unit won’t be auctioned off. He does the best that he can do to help! Highly recommended
