Amazing amazing amazing!!! I had been going to a different hair salon for a little over a year and I was just not happy every time I walked out. The final straw was when she turned my hair blue/green and a strange gray blonde. Per recommendation of a friend that has been coming here for 18+ years, I called Friday morning desperately seeking an appointment to fix the damage from the previous hair dresser. Rebecca to the rescue!!! I was so scared that my hair would fall out due to all the processing. She did her CPR thing so remove all that nasty toner out and added a balayage and high light. I am so incredibly happy especially since I have vacation coming up and I see clients on a regular basis. Rebecca was supposed to leave at noon and stayed late to help fix my hair. She was fun, spunky and made the whole experience so delightful. I am forever grateful for her and will now be her regular customer!! Thank you so much Rebecca!!!

I'm in disbelief over the experience I had. My son got his haircut on his 16th birthday here before his party. He has your typical long shaggy teenage hair. He's had it this way for years. He requested it be cut with shears when the stylist went for clippers. She did not use shears and cut it so very short. Not only that, she cut his neck and it was so choppy. He was so upset. I went back to get him and as soon as I noticed the issues, I called the salon. They gave me a hard time and didn't believe me. I went back when the owner was there as requested and she was rude. She acted like I was being ridiculous until I showed her the pics. She continued to be rude but gave the refund as requested after she acknowledged it was not quality she expected from her salon. The next day, I noticed she had not refunded the gratuity. When I returned again, she acted like I was out of line to expect a refund for that as well. I generally don't leave negative reviews. Especially for small business, but hot damn this was bad!

First impression as soon as you walk in is cozy! The salon itself is clean and open. I had Dana who was amazing! I showed her two inspiration photos and right away she knew exactly what she was going to do. She was so knowledgeable and confident. It made me feel like I was in really good hands. I left feeling like a whole new person. And I will no longer go anywhere else.
