I decided to visit this branch for a withdrawal service through the drive through. The lady was so rude told me you know there is an ATM service up front. Seriously, if I wanted to use the ATM I would have. The point is if I choose to do my banking through the drive through the employees should not be directing me elsewhere just because they do not want to do their job.

Worst branch my cheack was 251$ they told me I don’t have money in my account they can’t cash my cheack and told me I can only parent a card for you lady sitting at the desk was kinda old gave me attitude infornt of everyone rlly disappointed I want to have different bank now never going to this branch again

I had the “pleasure” of visiting this branch on Friday. After being heard speaking spanish one of the workers, Karen, I think. She had short brown hair with glasses, had begun shooting me dirty looks and making snide remarks under her breath such as “why wouldn’t you just speak english this is America”. After I heard that I decided to leave. I think it’s a given to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worse bank ever and highly incompetent employees. We went there a few months ago, in person, to pay off our mortgage - pretty important, right?! An elderly woman (behind the first desk to your right) said she could help us and even after contacting a main branch to ask for assistance, still had no clue what to do with our check. When I asked her if I should make the check out to TD Bank, she said "well duh." Then after almost 2 hours, she "deposited" our check, gave us substantiating paperwork and sent us on our way.Three weeks later we get a bill for the mortgage! We go back to this same bank and ask to speak with the branch manager. The elderly woman sees my husband and says loud enough for him to hear - "watch out for him, he's a trouble maker." When we present our paperwork from 3 weeks prior, as well as a copy of the cashed mortgage check by TD Bank, the branch manager has no idea where our check was deposited! When he calls over the elderly woman, she's as clueless as before and the paperwork she sent us home with, with an ID number, makes no sense and can't be found. So after another 2+ hours it was discovered that the elderly woman deposited our final mortgage check into an account that made no sense whatsoever and had no explanation as to what transpired previously.Do not waste your time here with anything important, such as a mortgage. The staff are extremely rude, condensing and highly inexperienced. I would give them zero stars if I could.As a side note - having someone represent the business with unkempt waist long hair and 2 inch acrylics is in no way professional. At any other respectable business establishment HR would have been notified and this would have been taken care of.

Thank you so much to the lady that served me at the drive-thru today... for honesty that the cash deposit I gave her was $100 over. I'm sorry i wasn't able to get her name... she was wearing like cream colored dress and beautiful.

I mostly use ATM here, and sometimes go to a Teller. So far, there smooth transactions))))The only thing this ATM gives only $20 bills when others offer $50, $20, $10, $5 bills.I never used drive throug.

Been a customer for 18 years there hours of operation keep decreasing this was prior to covid. Not enough locations looks like its time to look for a new bank. When I said this to Robert the Branch Mgr he didnt care. Great way to treat your loyal customers will encourage the rest of the people i refereed to leave also being there is no concern

Website drivethru hours need to be update . Says open till 3p . I was there at 1:19pm (today, a saturday) and they were close . The website needs to reflect the correct hours during this time.
