Location great phone support was bad as it took 45 min to get the vehicle as there was a problem and they try to sell me insurance even though I REFUSED.

Everything was as expected and the service man at the hardware store was so sweet! He made me feel better about the whole moving thing! The truck was fine and the moving people were awesome!
