And AGAIN. What is going on at this post office!!! Again item never scanned in. We are topping 200 dollars in damn cash GONE in two months time !!! Im gonna edit this every time this occurs! For real what is up??
There is something inherently wrong with this post office and it has everything to do with the people who work here. There is always one person working there at the counter while a long line persists. For some reason its like a social club that employees are chatting away with those they kno causing wait times longer and cofusion in focusing on tasks at hand. Then the use of this tiny window when theres a huge desk area which normally is used but for some reason some choose to use the small window that is so difficult to squeeze packages that are large and heavy. And you will get it through that window cause they are not getting up to have you use the big desk area. Just rediculouse. this caused me to pull my back and knock my phone which in the end somehow the lady printed two labels for same package going on two seperate packages going to seperate places. now i have to refund shimmering 200 bucks and try to figure out where the other package went. Thank you so much Pburg Post office. i will drive xtra I am done with this officd. i don't even give one star but I have to.

My package was sent to this location from Jacksonville Fl........ It was supposed to be shipped originally to PR. It was originally sent from TX. Its been 3 days. It is not logical to send a big package down from FL to middle of NJ when its closer just to ship it to the destination. A waste of time, money and possibly my package.

Legit never had an issue with my packages arriving more than a couple days late until they landed at this location, going on day 6 for a big package. Judging by these comments tho, Fed gov’t may need to take a closer look at this location.

If you call this post office don't plan on ever talking to a human no matter what number you press. No matter what you tell that AI it will not get you to a real person and I had The simplest freaking question that could have been answered in 10 seconds by a human but I was on the phone arguing with a freaking computer for 15 minutes. Now I got to walk 4 MI to the post office. Just to ask the question!!!!!
Stop being lazy and hire someone to answer the damn phone!!!

Every single one of my packages that is sent to this facility gets rerouted to Kearney, NJ, and then arrives late. I'm not sure what is going on at this facility, but I know that if my package goes through here, it almost certainly will get lost, delayed, and / or rerouted to a different facility and get stuck in transit.

Another worthless USPS facility where packages come to a screeching stop. Good luck if your parcel gets through there in less than 2 days.

They held package and overcharged on top of the paid label. Receiver had to come to pickup package in person. Horrible PO !!! Bad and horrible services all around!

This my 5th time using the services and everything i get to deal with ERICK such an amazing great guy always very helpfull and anderstanding worker that take time to listen which make things so much easier,the world need more people like erick,god bless your soul and your love ones if you are reading this
