“Walking into this Burlington is like entering a war zone disguised as retail therapy. The aisles smell faintly of regret and discount cologne. The racks are overflowing with clothes that are either last season or pre-apocalypse stuff sometimes both.
At the front, you're greeted by the security guard, who looks like he got drafted by accident and spends most of his shift holding a radio like it's a life raft. Frail doesn't even begin to cover it - I half expected him to shatter if someone sneezed too hard. Somehow, he still manages to silently judge everyone while looking like a paper cut away from collapse.
The shoppers? A masterclass in survival instincts. Shopping carts collide like bumper cars, and there's always that one person who treats the clearance rack like a battlefield. It's chaos, it's absurd, it's beautiful.
If you're into bargain hunting and low-key adrenaline, Burlington delivers. If you're looking for order, or strong security, maybe just... stay home and shop online.”

“The Manager Matt was extremely approachable, helpful and polite. When I mentioned I was interested in opening a credit card he was very helpful, and we opened it up in the store rather than online. I shared with him that I was concerned that I wanted to shop online for sizes that were out of stock in the store, as well as purchase the on hand merchandise in the store. I didn't want to only have the 30% off welcome bonus applied to just one shopping channel, but both of them. Matt truly extended an omnichannel experience for me and helped me attain the discount through both venues, hence enticing me to buy more !!
He passed me off to Maya, to close up the sale at cashwrap. She too was extremely kind, patient, efficient and professional. She ordered all the missing sizes for me online and then rung me up in the store for all the merchandise I had on hand. She honored the online pricing and applied the welcome bonus discount as well.
Both transactions were very time consuming for them, but they both went out of their way to make sure pricing was accurate, and that I was fully satisfied. Matt and Maya are both assets to the Old Navy team and both delivered an exceptional customer shopping experience. I thank them for their time and professionalism.
My only disappointment is that I ordered merchandise online on June 21st expecting that I would receive it by July 1st. I thought 9 days would be plenty of time, however I am getting a July 2nd delivery ETA on one of the sweater polos, and the rest of the 7 pieces aren't even showing a delivery date estimate as of yet. This is my only gripe, but obviously has nothing to do with my in-store experience.”

She literally looked at my face my face shape how My outfit looked to see what I was wearing and make sure that she picked out the hat that would be appropriate for me. After that she noticed that I was wearing a necklace but with no bracelet… Emily was sure enough that she would find me and bracelet that matched my necklace. Joey was behind us the whole time making sure that everything was A OK. between the two of them I cannot be happier the way they assisted me and found everything that is fitting on me so well is just amazing… Beyond happy and this is why I come here every single time I’m in Seaside which is like every month !! Love this place LOVE Emily !! Joey is excellent as well !! You guys ROCK!!!!! YOUUUU guys need raises. I came in for one hate left with FIVE AND A BRACELET.. not to mention all of the leggings and whatever other clothes my girlfriend bought… Can’t wait to come back here”

“I went to this store by accident thinking it was another boutique, and decided to stay and shop. Come to find out the staff is excellent and the dresses are beautiful, and the prices are very good. The girl who took care of me picked a bunch of styles and i tried them all on even though they weren’t what i had in mind. I FOUND MY DRESS!! It was the first one i tried on . I highly recommend this place”
