I would give no stars after 6 years of banking had a hiccup and had to reopen my business account and they said they couldn’t even though I had the same exact paperwork I used the first time to open it. I feel as if they judged us based on our tattoos. I’m an army vet we own a Private Securtiy company and I feel this is absolutely insane . From the moment we walked in the vibe was no. Good job Santander loosing a loyal customer but there corporate is a mess anyway have a blessed day.

Went through the drive through window, only 1 window open. Waited a few minutes then noticed no movement. Drawer came out and you would think transaction done. Waited another 3 minutes and SUV left. Apparently you can get online banking advice via this window when only 1 lane is open. They should have told the person to get their fat___ in the bank if they wanted to discuss online banking. Or get this, just go online!!!!

They need to get a new ATM like Tom's river and neptune.that ATM stay takeing ppl money or just don't work.i moved to pine Beach fours ago and that machine been broke at less 12 to 10 times....Let's get it together Santander not just in some areas,all areas

Made a cash deposit and ATM has eaten my money on a Monday night And they said they will not tell me if the money is ok until Thursday. I expected better from them.
