I bought a piece of luggage a number of years ago that came with a lifetime warranty.
I recently had an issue with it, and unfortunately, it was unable to be repaired.
24 Seven Did the right thing And replaced the luggage for me. Although it took some time back-and-forth, very happy with the outcome.

The zipper ripped on my Pathfinder luggage. I loved this piece of luggage and didn't want to have to replace it. After sending proof of purchase and pictures of the luggage, they sent me a new bag, for just a reasonable shipping charge. I am so impressed with the brand and the customer service department.
