Wow! The Pine Brook Pep Boys continues their status of greatness with their incredible service and product availability and pricing. Gabe is awesome. This guy really cares about every customer. Seriously, that is why I am updating this review because Gabe and his team deserve it! This past SUNDAY when most people are enjoying time off from work, Gabe and his Team were at the ready. My mom needed new wipers installed on her car and they got the job done, in 10 minutes, literally. Paid for and installed. On this Memorial Day and every day, God Bless America, God Bless Our Troops and First Responders and God Bless Pep Boys for keeping us safe while caring for our cars!
After walking out of the Pep Boys in my town, never to return...I decided to give the company, Pep Boys another shot so I called the Pep Boys in Pine Brook. Wow what a difference with just a phone call! The Pine Brook Pep Boys is GREAT! I was really impressed. They helped me over the phone and set me up while I was in transit to them. I needed new windshield wipers. Aboul and Gabe were awesome. Professional and all over it. While I was in the office paying for the wipers, they were already outside installing them on my car, in the rain. Talk about service! The price was right, service a 10. I give them 10 stars. My husband went there as well and he was treated the same way! THANK YOU PEP BOYS!”
“Got towed to Mavis with a flat tire today. Jessica went above and beyond to ensure the tire I needed was delivered same day and I was on my way in less than 2 hours. Additionally, I had purchased a warranty on the tire when originally installed which was honored and reduced the cost of a new one significantly. They made a frustrating and inconvenience situation of a flat tire as pleasant and stress-free as possible.”

“I am always pleased with the service here at Jakes! We've been here a few times with different cars. This week I had a complete flat in my neighborhood and while they could not tow me to the shop, he encouraged me to call my car's roadside assistance. They accepted my car after hours and by the end of the next day, my car had a new tire and was ready to be picked up! Always efficient, super kind and fair prices. Happy to have them so close to home!”

“I came here to get the summer tires off my car and replaced with some rubber for the winter months. Jason was deeply knowledgeable and knew more about this than I ever would. He was right that used tires are usually more trouble than they are worth, but when we reached that point he leapt into action to help me get sorted out with a new tire to replace a dud. He was open, honest, and great to work with.
As an added bonus, when we came in our other car that just had all the low tire pressure warning go off (hello cold months), he had his team fill it up and even pop on some tire valve caps to replace the long-lost ones on our GLB.
As a millennial I also appreciated that he's more than happy to arrange everything over text, because who has time for phone calls!
I'm definitely going here for all my future tire needs, and anything else beyond that.”
