after calling their office four or five times, and leaving a voicemail. i was never called back, or got pass an answering machine. I sent an email to their help line, and never received a response.

After driving an hour to get to their office/warehouse, I was greeted by the most inconsiderate receptionist. She had no idea what products they sell (wiper motors). There was no one who could help me with anything at all. I wish I could give them zero stars.
