They're family operated which drawn me to give them a chance. I'm happy I made that a deciding factor as everytime I reached out with a concern either Dean or his sons were willing to take time to educate me on expectations of the process especially since I had a claim against the at-fault driver insurance. It was quite evident they had a passion for the service offered and I never once felt rushed. The end result was a totaled vehicle, but if their customer care is as remarkable as my experience, I'm sure there detail to your vehicle will be amazing.

“My car is from 2011 and had never been detailed before, so I was really looking forward to this detailing after a job on the farm this summer. I was super happy with the results and how much better it looked. So much dirt and grime from over the years were scrubbed away, leaving an impressive lighter appearance that I immediately noticed. My head lights were also de fogged and cleaned and have genuinely never looked better, I can finally drive at night! Chris and his team were super nice and communicative, offering solid advice on what package to choose and finished under a day. I would definitely recommend these guys. I was looking for an affordable fix and Jamie was able to find a used car door in the same color and fix it to look like the original door. He was very helpful in explaining everything so that I could understand what he was fixing, the cost, and was very transparent and what to expect in regard to color match of the new door. He even gave alternative places that could provide imperfect fixes for even less. I love the result and couldn't recommend this place more!”

“These guys are great!!! We just dropped in with our small motorhome because it was showing a low tire on the inside rear of the dually. They helped us right away! Filled all 6 tires to the suggested factory air, and felt that the sensor was messed up. We will probably take it back in ( with an appointment this time!), to have them fix the the sensor issue.”

“The hubs replaced my bad tire with the spare, and then there was this awful banging. Long story short, brought it to Joe, who properly attached my spare and had me in the road within minutes. The ordered me a new tire! I’m a regular, however this review was a long time coming! Thankful they’re in my town !”

“A while back, I was just looking for someone to do my daughter's oil change and I discovered Lou's Automotive Center as recommended through local FB groups.
They were great so I visited them again for two issues with my car. My car dealership quoted me almost $2000 to change my LED headlamp and I was devastated by the cost. Then I had an exhaust leak so I prepared for the worst.
I went to Lou's-lo and behold, it was not a $2000 replacement at all! Just a lightbulb replacement that was EXPONENTIALLY less money.
And then, instead of just repairing the exhaust leak (because I would have been none the wiser), they informed me there was an open recall and if I took it back to the dealer, I would likely get the repair for free-and I did!
So, they have a client for life now!”

And guess what I still haven't I pass plenty of places before coming here but will never go because you guys are fast but efficient never trying to get over on me with prices. I came here one time and thought I was due for an oil change I was informed that I had until 2 more months. Now most places would let me get my oil change 3 times in one month if I allowed them to. But not these guys. So thank you guys for sticking around for so many years you guys are well appreciated. 10 out 10 for me”
“We are Canadians on our way to Florida when we had a problem with our Honda CR-V. Honestly, not knowing any good auto repair shops in New Jersey, we chose this one online. What a great choice! We were seen and taken care of quickly and very efficiently! The gentleman at reception and the owner were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly (we only speak a little English).
