My first call was hard to set up an appointment, but very understandable. Once you become a customer, you become family. Everyone knows all of the pets names and are very friendly. They even know the likes and dislikes of all of the pets that go in for treatments/ grooming.

Was able to get my dog's nail cut without an appointment. Very friendly and courteous staff. Was there for less than 10 minutes and they did a tremendous job and it only costs $20. Will be coming back here.

My sister referred me, had been going here for many years. Got my little yorkie so needed a groomer. So nice. Love it there.
