Nancy did an amazing job on my daughter’s pink gel manicure and Nina did an awesome job bringing my “Wicked” inspired gel French manicure to life! We also got pedicures. And Nina did a great job waxing my eyebrows!

THIS IS A HORRIBLE SALON with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE! I should have known when I walked in and It was completely empty with them just sitting idle. I came in and showed this lady a design I wanted and she said she could do it. Only to find out she’s not doing the right design so I told her that is not what I want. She then proceeded to yell at me saying I CANT DO IT I CANT DO IT and then I told her to stop. No design just plain color and that too she did it with bumps and bubbles. It was a horrible service. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I had an appointment to get my acrylics removed and drove all the way there, only to be told their workers had left early and they couldn’t take me. They didn’t even bother to call or let me know ahead of time. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time.

The lady attempted to use a very used worn down pumice stone on my feet and I asked her to please use a new one, she told me she “cleans” her tools after each use. You literally cannot sanitize a pumice stone lol. Who knows how many other people she used it on. She then proceeded to tell me I need to buy my own pumice stone if I wanted her to use a new one. A new pumice stone should be used for each client. I wonder what state board would say if they seen them doing that lol. That’s so nasty .

Hi Maria, it is unfortunate that you do not have professional customer service skills. For instance, when I expressed that you were hurting my finger/ nail, it was not criticism; but I expressed my discomfort so you can adjust your care for my hand.
I always let you know that you do a nice manicure and pedicure job. However, that does not give you the right to be rude and disagreeable with me. Google Customer service/ Interpersonal skill descriptions: Maybe you can pick up some tips for the future.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service was very bad and they charged me extra for no reason. I would avoid this place if I were you. The staff is not friendly, especially the owner - never going here again.

I love aha nails. Linda is excellent with design. She really listens to what your looking for and always gives the best suggestions. I love that they honor appointments and that you never have to wait when you do have an appointment. Perfect location for me too to do shopping afterwards.

Nice ladies and okay service but very hard to get in without an appointment. Called the salon 2x before arriving, no answer. Regular pedicure: $30 and full set: $45 was listed on the sign. 3.5 hours later and I'm charged $100 and had to beg to leave with just a clear coat instead of polish on my hands. She said on my way out that when I come back it's $45 for a refill... needless to say I'm not very happy with my nails, they are very thick and angled up.
