Terrible customer service. Paid extra to have parts overnighted and had to wait 5 days to get them. If you call you’re on hold forever.

This place is amazing! Express delivery options express pick up, very tech savy,parking right in front of the door always available and finally the staff. These people are very warm and 🙏🏿 welcoming.

RUN away. This is the WORST supplier experience ever. No one picks up the phone here. Called multiple times over past week. Currently waiting 34 mins plus and still no one has picked up. Billed for parts not received. Final invoices never emailed. They send system generated emails you cant reply to. They cant provide a commitment on part arrival time - its a day by day situation. This is the most poorly managed HVAC supplier I've experienced in 15 years and you cant get in touch with them unless you walk into the place. Absolutely ridiculous. Go to United Refrigeration, Johnstone, Ferguson or Universal Supply. They ALL do their job well and are customer friendly.

Yeah , it s best to pull in and get closer to the left of the dock and then back in.
If you blind side, it's will get tough, but you can take your time.
Small warehouse with stuff all around you that you can ise for space.
Open at 7am.
You can get there earlier, the better.
