This is the worst CVS location I have been to in the world. They don’t prioritize customers. There was a line of 8 people and for 12 mins they were fully staffed and no one said anything!!! I won’t continue but this CVS pharmacy needs new leadership or better employees. I will write a letter and send pictures to corporate.

Hate to write bad reviews, but service here was so bad that I can’t stop thinking about it. I arrived at around 7:50pm, not knowing they close at 8pm, the tech called on me after the line of people went away, could’ve been sooner, and at 7:58 they tell me they can’t fill prescriptions in 2 minutes. I did not ask for that. I would’ve been happy to come the next day, which I did, if they had just said that in a kind way. But no, the head pharmacist seemed to take pleasure in saying this is a very rude manner. We all have long hard days at work. There’s no need to be rude to people, especially when you are in the business of serving customers.

This cvs on stelton road needs to learn how to prioritize customers. NONE of the workers acknowledge the customers as they’re waiting staring at workers. There was a long line at pickup & cvs claims to be big on acknowledging customers and tell them they’ll be right with them but employees at this store do not meet the needs of customers and ignore them WHILE being rude. They pretend like customers aren’t there and attend to them last which is why lines get super long here DESPITE there being 4 employees besides the pharmacist working. Even the pharmacist does not acknowledge the customer and stares at their own computer while not realizing the front of the registers need help and assistance. CVS needs to teach employees and pharmacists to value customers and show them respect and drop everything they’re doing to help customers in front of them first. They need to put phone calls on hold as well instead of ignoring the phone calls. Cvs employees are supposed to give IMMEDIATE acknowledgment to customers in FRONT of them even they need to finish filling meds but at this store they act like customers are invisible. Not to mention, this pharmacy does not greet customers either neither at the beginning nor at the end, every single time I have came here the pharmacist and techs never look up and say “I’ll be right with you” and straight up ignore customers until they walk up to them and are able to assist. The phones keep ringing and ringing and ringing and they never pick up the phones either. Horrible customer service.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The wait is atrocious. They said 15 minutes 45 minutes ago, and when I asked they said 15 minutes again. If you try to call in you will be on hold for the rest of the day. Wish I could give this place a 0. First negative review I have ever left

They are rediculously slow to fill your prescription and have you wait a minimum of 10 minutes before they will even acknowledge your existence.They also filled a prescription which thankfully for me I reached out to one of my doctors who alerted me of this, but they filled 2 prescriptions for me that have serious side effects & impairments when taken together. I do not blame them soley on this, but they should have protocol to prevent this as both medications came from their pharmacy & were prescribed to the same person.
